We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. For 'Made to Order' items, please refer to the production time specified on the product page. Shipping times are calculated after the production phase is complete.

- Ukraine: 1-3 business days via Nova Poshta
- USA: 10-18 days
- Canada: 10-20 days (Customs delays may occur)
- Europe: 7-18 days (Delivery times vary by country)
- Australia: 14-25 days
Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or postal service delays, especially during peak seasons. For guaranteed Christmas delivery, we recommend placing your order by December 1st.

How will my order be shipped?
For customers in Ukraine: We ship via Nova Poshta, insuring all items for their full value. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
For international customers: We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery. This may include using intermediate warehouses in the US before transferring to USPS for faster delivery. You'll receive an email with specific delivery details if your order's shipping method differs from standard post.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service.
For customers in Ukraine: Please contact your local Nova Poshta office to report the issue and file a claim. All packages are insured for their full value. If the package shows visible damage, we recommend opening it in the presence of a postal worker to verify the contents.
For international customers: Please contact your local post office to report the issue. While we cannot offer refunds for lost or damaged items due to carrier negligence, we are happy to assist you with the claims process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues.

How do I place an order?
For customers in Ukraine: You can order directly through our website by clicking the 'Order Now' button on the product page. You'll be prompted to enter your contact and shipping information.
For international customers: We primarily sell to international customers through our Etsy shop. You'll find a direct link to the product on Etsy from each product page on our website. This allows us to leverage Etsy's secure payment processing and international shipping options.

What payment methods do you accept?
For customers in Ukraine: We accept payments to our business account via bank transfer. You'll receive an email with our full banking details after placing your order.
For international customers: All payments are processed securely through Etsy. Etsy accepts a wide range of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Please refer to Etsy's payment policies for more details.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in processing. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

What if I don't pick up my delivered package?
If your package is delivered to your local post office and you fail to collect it, resulting in it being returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. The buyer is responsible for timely pickup.
Customs & Taxes (International Orders)

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country. Our shop is not VAT registered, and order totals do not include these destination country taxes.
